Returning Resident Visa (13E) is a Non-Quota Immigrant Visa for foreign nationals previously granted permanent residence in the Philippines
who are returning to an unrelinquished residence after a temporary visit abroad. It allows for permanent return, requiring application at the Bureau of Immigration.
Requirements
To successfully obtain a Returning Resident (13E) visa, applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:2. Proof of Financial Capacity to support residency
