Returning Resident Visa (13E) is a Non-Quota Immigrant Visa for foreign nationals previously granted permanent residence in the Philippines who are returning to an unrelinquished residence after a temporary visit abroad. It allows for permanent return, requiring application at the Bureau of Immigration.

Requirements
To successfully obtain a Returning Resident (13E) visa, applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:
1. Proof of former Philippine citizenship (e.g., Old Passport, Birth Certificate)
2. Proof of Financial Capacity to support residency
3. PSA Marriage certificate (for Foreign Spouses) or Birth Certificate (for Unmarried Children)
