Job Requirement: Must employ at least 10 Filipino citizens in a full-time, regular position (not household workers).Status: Considered a special non-immigrant with conditional, renewable extension of stay.
Eligible Dependents: Spouse and unmarried children under 18 years of age.
Important Requirements
Alien Employment Permit (AEP) from DOLE, proof of investment, and SEC/DTI registration.Qualifications
Must directly engage in a sustainable, viable business in the Philippines.Must have authority to hire, promote, and dismiss employees.Must not be a risk to national security.
Must maintain the minimum 10 Filipino employee requirement.
