Requirements
Petitioning Company: A Philippine-registered company must file the petition with the Bureau of Immigration (BI)
Alien Employment Permit (AEP): Issued by DOLE, proving no local worker is willing/competent for the position
Applicant Documents: Valid Passport, Signed Contract, Curriculum Vitae, and Company Secretary's Certificate
Dependent Visas: Spouses and unmarried minor children under 21 may join the applicant.
